  • Suddenly in Beijing, Muslim architecture. We'd entered the Hui district.
  • Hui Muslims speak Chinese, and are distinct from other ethnic muslim groups such as the Uyghurs.
  • Niujie mosque from the outside. This is China's oldest mosque. (We were inappropriately dressed, so couldn't enter.)
